It's been forever since I updated last. I have so many pictures etc. to upload. Life gets so busy so fast and I find myself saying more and more "I didnt have time today to..." Sometimes you have to sit yourself down and write out a few goals, then prioritize. Then you dont hope there is time, you MAKE time. This is our family journal so I will start making time a little more often.
Lately in the the Pugmire Household:
Evalyn: Growing way too fast. She talks so well and it is so much fun. However we have to be careful what we say in front of her because she is our little friendly one and will share anything with whomever she comes in contact with. (I have some pretty funny examples I will save for later)
Siena: Growing way too fast as well. I really wish I had a pause button. She is talking as well. Still growls when you do something she doesn't like.(don't know where she got it) And lately uses the turned down lower lip-puppy dog face whatever you want to call it- constantly. She still wants to wrestle every night before bed and loves carrying around baby dolls.
Dave: Working hard as ever and has taken up backcountry snowboarding. Avalanche beacon and all. It scares me (understatement) but he stays in safe locations with experienced friends and it has been a huge stress reliever for him. He goes at least once a week. Now that the season is changing we will see if he starts competing in swimming like he talks about.
Myself: I have become a little obsessed with decorating, restoring furniture and doing it all on a dime. I love finding an old piece that looks...well...ugly, and then imagining what it could be with a little TLC. Sometimes I end up bringing them home and they kind of stack up a bit until I get to them. Dave says NO MORE PROJETS (but I really cant help it) I will have to share some pictures sometime. So far I have slipcovered our couch (potter barn style), painted a room, our kitchen table, and I have an old buffet, wingback chair, and dresser in the works. Also its time to run again. I am signing up for a race or two to keep me motivated.
So that is about it for now....pictures to come soon.
