A new love...
Evalyn loves to go to the park and swing. The weather has been absolutely beautiful lately and summer is almost here. I have a feeling we will be on the swings quite a bit in the future.
Here are some pictures from Nana's visit(or as Evie says-Nani)We had so much fun with her and miss her already. We went to the zoo while she was here and Evie was semi interested in most of the attractions but she loved the monkeys and was fascinated with the giraffe. Nana bought her a fun zoo book to remember our trip by and we read it almost EVERY night!
We also visited the Tulip festival and Evalyn, who had just learned how to "sniff" a flower, was a little overwhelmed as she tried to smell as many as she could.
And last but not least, I pulled out an old t-shirt with a print of my mom holding me when I was a baby. I set it out on the floor and told Evie "look its grandma". Her immediate reaction was this...
And she stayed that way for a while (We miss you mom)
